Second Convention of the Confederation of the RSPs supported Community Organizations (COs) was organized by the Rural Support Program Network (RSPN) in Islamabad on December, 11 & 12, 2009. In the programme 80 LSOs from all over Pakistan participated and shared their presentations based on their contribution for the cause of poverty reduction and rural development in their own vicinities. Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Mr. Kamar Zaman Kaira was the Chief guest of the closing ceremony in which awards along with cash prizes were distributed among the first, second & third position LSOs.
